"I contacted London Bath Co after I bought a one-bathroom flat and needed to have it done before I moved in 3 months. I've contacted other companies before. However, everyone I contacted requires me to use only their product, or I have to project manage it myself. As I have wanted a deep soak tub which was only made and sold by one company in the UK, as well as having a full-time job, I need to work with a company that understands what I want and can manage it from start to finish. London Bath Co is precisely that. I sent over pictures of the bathroom I liked during the consultation, and they helped me design my dream bathroom. They take into account things that are important to me and make sure I get the items that I like. In this case, a deep soak tub and a Japanese-style toilet. They accommodated me in such a short time, and it was done before the time to move in. During the process, they maintained open communication and updated me at every step. They also accommodated some changes I needed to be done after installation. I never had to worry about the entire process, which enabled me to concentrate on everything else. I have also recommended this company to my other friends and family, and I would wholeheartedly work with them again if I ever build a new bathroom."

"The team at the London Bath Company were quick to respond to the brief for the bathroom renovation project. Our needs were quite specific and everyone we dealt with was very mindful of these, and went out of their way to listen and accommodate them wherever possible. The design process was very quick and the construction team were able to start work soon afterwards because of the time pressure involved for us. This did mean that some issues arose once work started, which may have been ironed out beforehand if we hadn't had to move so fast. But the upside was that the work was completed pretty much within the timeframe. Tomas and his team were extremely easy to work with and took care to seal off the rest of the rooms to minimise dust etc. Tomasz is a great communicator and always responded to any questions or issues that came up. The finish on the bathroom is exceptional and the fittings are very high quality. The bathroom looks fantastic. We are very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again."

At every step, I was fully informed of the potential additional costs and the various options that were open to me. Yurri and his team did an excellent job. The quality of the tiling and the attention to detail were excellent. There was a small amount of damage done to my garden during the works but this was addressed after the work was finished and resolved to my satisfaction. The London Bath Company is certainly an expensive option, but you get what you pay for. I did not have to organise a thing. What A Service!

"When my 24 year old bathroom started experiencing issues I went to the London Bath Company to see what they could do for me. They sent a surveyor round to measure up and the following week I was in the showroom discussing their design recommendations, choosing tiles and getting a look at some of the actual fittings. A few days after the design meeting I received the quote and a video of what the bathroom would look like. Having accepted the quote, the installer came round to ensure that the design would work with regard to the electrics and plumbing available in the existing bathroom area. Three days later work began. On the first day all floor areas that would be accessed by the install team were protected with plastic and cardboard coverings. The install team then managed all the deliveries and installation and all I had to do was make the odd coffee. The installers worked really hard and to a high standard from 8 in the morning until 5 in the evening, 6 days a week for 3 weeks and 1 day and the result was amazing. When the job was complete all rubbish and my old bathroom was removed from site and the following day they sent a cleaner in who did a brilliant job of removing 3 weeks of dust and making the bathroom all shiny."

"We had a bathroom re-done. Emailed the website and 6 minutes later I received a phone call. We arranged a visit to our house for their surveyor that week, and a showroom visit for us the next weekend. Happened as planned, Nasser had designs ready, which we tweaked over a couple of hours in the showroom, chose tiles, taps etc etc, and a fully costed proposal was with us a couple of days later. We confirmed and due to a cancellation, work started almost immediately. First day they cleared the drainage issue that had been plaguing us for ages. Pleasant experience having 3 professional and friendly Ukrainian guys in the house - excellent workmanship, really responsive to the small tweaks required, cleaned up thoroughly every day. Thank you Yuri, Ruslan and Sergei! Although we spent more than we had initially planned, the quote Nasser gave us was respected, and the finish is brilliant. It is a super job. Time-wise we were lucky and due to a cancellation, a month after my first email to the website, we had a brand new bathroom. Build time was just under two weeks. Summary - they are not cheap, but the final outcome is impeccable, the experience of the builders in the house was one of the best we have had, and the overall customer service is extremely good."

Andre did a fantastic job of bringing our vision to life and finding the perfect tiles based off of some images we had sent him. But Nisha, Emma and the team kept us up to date and were really helpful putting us at ease. "Mario and the whole team at LBC have been amazing to work with right the way through the process from Nasser's incredible design ideas right through to the installation and finishing touches. Mario is a perfectionist and made sure every element was exactly as it should be. The materials were high quality. The finish perfect and the aftercare above and beyond. When installing a bathroom, you always expect the odd hiccup once installed and I was expecting a few things to go wrong once I started using the bathroom but aside from a tiny issue with a little sealant around the shower, which was resolved instantly and the need for a stronger flush because of the water pressure in our townhouse, which was also addressed swiftly, there was nothing. It was not a cheap bathroom but I didn't want something cheap that I'd need to replace in ten years. This bathroom feels like it will stand the test of time so I feel it is good value for what it is. "After searching far and wide for a company that would really do it all and also truly care about the project as if they were an owner themselves, we found London Bath Co. The whole process was super smooth, professional, and reassuring throughout. After having done the design consultation via Webex and gone back and forth a bit on different tile samples we agreed on a plan. We then left the country and handed over our keys to our 1 bed London flat knowing we were in safe hands. Despite being out of the country, Nisha and Emma were providing progress updates almost daily via email including pictures (this was our preference) and flagged important questions that needed our attention. They really cared that the bathroom be exactly according to our specs and wishes and genuinely went above and beyond to make that happen. Sigis, the installer or should I say artist, has the best workmanship I have seen with real attention to detail. For e.g. Sigis aligned tiles, put things together with the same care and thought he would as if he were installing this bathroom in his own house. You cannot wish or ask for more! Even now with the bathroom complete everyone on the team made sure that everything was exactly to our liking and there were a few things we wanted to change a bit and modify, and without any issues Sigis and his team were here within a few days and did everything. Trust me you will be extremely happy you went with London Bath Co."

I contacted the London Bath Company in April for a quotation for complete renewal of a thirty year old bathroom. Someone immediately came to measure up and in early May I had remote and then showroom consultations to discuss a design which faithfully reflected my preferences and in many ways surpassed them. I asked for work to be undertaken in the first three weeks of August and these dates were respected. The work was done by Yurii and his team, all of them craftsmen of the highest calibre, skilled, quick workers who were a pleasure to have in the house. The job was finished three days ahead of schedule and the result is breathtakingly good. Beautiful materials used throughout and Jonathan's good taste and keen eye for detail show throughout. The final cherry on the cake, Wioletta came on the Monday after installation to clean thoroughly not only the new bathroom but also the surrounding area. This is not the cheapest option but I think it was money very well spent and I appreciated the efficiency and integrity of all involved."

First Class All The Way Through

"The London Bath Company have just finished a complete refit of the bathroom of my small London flat. I couldn't be happier - the result is simply beautiful, despite challenges (a tiny space, imposing constraints on the design; hideous 1970s plumbing, which all had to come out; and an awkwardly placed boiler). The office team could not have been friendlier or more flexible; Jonathan did a fabulous design, and adapted it as we went along; and Tanko and his installers were lightning quick, inspired confidence, and finished everything to an amazingly high standard. LBC aren't cheap, but I wanted something top notch, with no fuss, and they delivered that well above my expectations, so I would say that they are good value (such a slick bathroom is a massive asset to the property) and would recommend them without hesitation. First class, all the way through."

"After a lot of bathroom installer research I opted to use the London Bath Co because it offered a one stop shop for design and installation....and I wasn't disappointed. We already had a good idea of what we wanted the bathroom to look like and our designer Andre brought it to life via a very cool 3D online presentation following on from a zoom call. Our installer Tom was brilliant, clean, tidy, polite and hard working. The installation took slightly longer than anticipated but it was worth the wait and the LBC was in regular contact to check all was going to plan. The few snags were immediately resolved and I feel very comfortable knowing that there is a good warranty period to cover any unforeseen problems in the future. As other reviewers have said, it is not a cheap service but I believe you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend the London Bath Co."

"I stumbled upon the London Bath Co while trying to find a company to change up my girls bathrooms from their bath to a more mature looking bathroom with a shower. I had the initial consultation which led to me receiving a really well organised design plan of what I could expect. I went in to choose my tiles and fixtures and the project commenced a week later. The whole process was so well organised and the biggest compliment I can offer aside from how the bathroom came out, is how well each player communicates with one another, so that the original selections are exactly what the end guy is installing. The guys on the job spent the first day laying down mats and wall sheets to ensure that everything was covered so well. They were kind and came and went without a big noise. "The London Bath Co. offer that perfect service of packaging up a beautiful contemporary redesign, with exceptional expertise in terms of fitting and using the most modernised fixtures/technology. From the first conversation with Richard who project managed the entire refurbishment, through to the actual work being done, I felt extremely looked after. I wanted a complete transformation, ripping everything out and starting again and that is exactly what was delivered. They used very high quality materials from the grout through to the lighting, the switches matching others in the rest of the flat, the redecoration to make sure that everything looked perfect at the end. The actual bathroom itself, is stunning with beautiful lights that give it a different setting and atmosphere, as well as so much storage that I did not have before and heated flooring. They were also very considerate as the work was done while I was working from home, checking times when I could not be disturbed and still ensuring the project was finished on time. I literally cannot how beautiful it is and how easy it was. The client service was also very good with communication throughout. Delighted With Our New Bathroom

"3 weeks into lockdown we suffered a major leak from our family bathroom. Having decided it was time to refresh the design completely we started to look for a company who could take on the complete job from design through to installation. The London Bath Company had taken a very proactive approach towards Covid preparedness and we were able to swap photos, measurements via email and discuss the bathroom design via Zoom meetings. We were very grateful for Steve's patience as he worked through our questions and fine tuned the design to meet our needs. The communication between ourselves, the office and the installation team were excellent throughout and we felt we knew exactly what was going on at every stage. The bathroom installation was such a success that we decided then to go ahead and ask The London Bath Company to refit our ensuite bathroom as well. Both bathrooms look stunning with good quality fixtures and fittings and well designed storage. Stunning Design

"After trying three other companies to replace our small challenging bathroom, I came across the London Bath Company, Steve Baker produced a stunning design, my response was that if that bathroom could be achieved in that space they had the job! I really did not believe it was possible then I met the installer - Piotr. He undertook the whole process - surveyor, tiler, electrician, plumber and builder. I felt part of the whole process, always being asking for my input. The final result is totally down to his his attention to detail and perfectionism. Always punctual, he worked tirelessly throughout the whole day with the minimum break, considerate and always cheerful. He made sure I had a functioning toilet during the whole process! My office contact Emma regularly checked that I was happy with the progress, addressed any queries or passed them on to the relevant person. A date was set to remove the contents of the old bathroom and the timing was spot on and completed in less than hour, I would mention that access to the property is very difficult, with narrow twisty stairs. Upon completion a cleaner appeared to clean the bathroom, adjoining room, patio door windows and stairs Steve advised that it was the smallest bathroom they had to deal with and Piotr, that it was the most complicated! I am unreservedly pleased with the result and still find it amazing that it was achieved exactly as Steve's original video. It makes me smile every time I open the bathroom door!"

The Challenge

"The project we gave the London Bath Co. was really quite a challenge from the problems of a very poor untouched 1966 pink bathroom being made into a modern, light, habitable, efficient bathroom.
